പത്തനംതിട്ട: ശബരിമലയില് എത്തുന്ന കുട്ടികളുടെ സുരക്ഷ വര്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള തുടര്ച്ചയായ ശ്രമങ്ങളുടെ ഭാഗമായി ഈ മണ്ഡല കാലത്ത് കേരള പോലീസ് വകുപ്പുമായി ഇന്ത്യയിലെ മുന്നിര ടെലികോം ഓപ്പറേറ്ററായ വി സഹകരിക്കുന്നു. കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്ഷം വി ക്യൂആര് കോഡ് ബാന്ഡ് അവതരിപ്പിച്ചപ്പോള് ലഭിച്ച മികച്ച പ്രതികരണത്തെത്തുടര്ന്നാണ് ഈ വര്ഷവും ഇത് അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. ജനക്കൂട്ടത്തില് കുട്ടികള് മാതാപിതാക്കളില് നിന്ന് കൂട്ടംതെറ്റി പോകുന്നു എന്ന ആശങ്കയ്ക്ക് ഇത് ഒരു പരിഹാരാമാണ്.
അയ്യപ്പഭക്തര് പമ്പയിലെ വി സുരക്ഷാ കിയോസ്ക് സന്ദര്ശിച്ച് രക്ഷിതാവിന്റെയോ കുടുംബാംഗത്തിന്റെയോ മൊബൈല് നമ്പറില് രജിസ്റ്റര് ചെയ്താല് ക്യുആര് കോഡ് ബാന്ഡ് ലഭിക്കും. അത് കുട്ടിയുടെ കൈത്തണ്ടയില് കെട്ടാം. നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട കുട്ടിയെ കണ്ടെത്തുമ്പോള് അടുത്തുള്ള കേരള പോലീസ് ചെക്ക് പോസ്റ്റില് ഏല്പ്പിക്കാം അവിടെ പോലീസ് ബൂത്തില്, ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര് ക്യുആര് കോഡ് സ്കാന് ചെയ്ത് രക്ഷിതാവിന്റെയോ കുടുംബാംഗത്തിന്റെയോ രജിസ്റ്റര് ചെയ്ത നമ്പറിലേക്ക് വിളിക്കുന്നതിലൂടെ ബൂത്തില് വന്ന് രക്ഷിതാക്കള്ക്ക് അവരുടെ കുട്ടിയെ കൊണ്ടുപോകാം.

സാങ്കേതിക വിദ്യയിലൂന്നി ദൈനംദിന ജീവിത അനായാസമാക്കുന്നതിലാണ് തങ്ങള് ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് വോഡഫോണ് ഐഡിയ ലിമിറ്റഡ് കേരള വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്റും സര്ക്കിള് ഓപ്പറേഷന്സ് വിഭാഗം മേധാവിയുമായ ബിനു ജോസ് പറഞ്ഞു. ഓരോ വര്ഷവും 45-50 ദശലക്ഷം തീര്ത്ഥാടകരാണ് ശബരിമലയില് എത്തുന്നത്. മണ്ഡലകാലത്ത് പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് മകരവിളക്ക് സമയത്തെ തിരക്കില് കൂട്ടികള് കൂട്ടം തെറ്റുന്നത് പതിവാണ്. ഈ സാഹചര്യത്തില് കേരള പോലീസിന് വിയുടെ ക്യൂആര് കോഡ് ബാന്ഡ് വളരെയധികം സഹായകരമാണ്. ‘ബി സംവണ്സ് വി’ എന്ന തങ്ങളുടെ പ്രചാരണവുമായി ചേര്ന്നു പോകുന്നതാണ് ഈ സേവനമെന്നും കേരള പോലീസുമായി ചേര്ന്നുള്ള ഈ പദ്ധതിയില് വളരെയധികം സന്തോഷമുണ്ട്. ഈ പദ്ധതി ഭക്തരെ പിന്തുണയ്ക്കുക മാത്രമല്ല രാജ്യത്തെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ജനക്കൂട്ടങ്ങളിലൊന്ന് നിയന്ത്രിക്കാനുള്ള കേരള പോലീസിന്റെ ശ്രമങ്ങള്ക്ക് പിന്തുണ നല്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. ഈ പദ്ധതിയില് കേരള പോലീസുമായുള്ള തങ്ങളുടെ പങ്കാളിത്തം തുടരുന്നതില് സന്തോഷമുണ്ട്, കൂടാതെ കുട്ടികളുടെ സുരക്ഷ ഉറപ്പാക്കുന്നതിന് വി ക്യൂആര് കോഡ് കോഡ് ബാന്ഡുകള് ഉപയോഗിക്കാന് എല്ലാ തീര്ത്ഥാടകരോടും ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നുവെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്ത്തു.
സാങ്കേതിക വിദ്യ ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ എല്ലാ മേഖലകളിലും നിര്ണ്ണായകമായ ഈ കാലഘട്ടത്തില് എല്ലാ മണ്ഡല, മകരവിളക്ക് കാലത്ത് അഭിമുഖീകരിക്കുന്ന ആശങ്കകളിലൊന്ന് പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിന് വിയുമായി സഹകരിച്ച് അതിന്റെ സാങ്കേതിക സഹായം നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്നതില് അതിയായ സന്തോഷമുണ്ടെന്ന് പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലാ പോലീസ് മേധാവി വി.ജി. വിനോദ് കുമാര് ഐപിഎസ് പറഞ്ഞു. തിരക്കില് കൂട്ടം തെറ്റുന്ന കുട്ടികളെ സുരക്ഷിതരായി രക്ഷാകര്ത്താക്കള്ക്ക് തിരികെ ഏല്പ്പിക്കുന്നതില് വി സുരക്ഷാ ക്യൂആര് കോഡ് ബാന്ഡ് പോലീസിന് വളരയെധികം സഹായകരമാകുമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്ത്തു.
ക്യൂആര് കോഡ് ബാന്ഡുകള് തീര്ഥാടന കാലത്ത് ആക്റ്റീവ് ആയിരിക്കും. അവ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാനാകില്ല. കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്ഷത്തെ മണ്ഡല കാലത്ത് കുട്ടികളുടെ സുരക്ഷ ഉറപ്പാക്കിക്കൊണ്ട് 17,000 വി ക്യൂആര് കോഡ് ബാന്ഡുകള് വി വിതരണം ചെയ്തു.
Vi and Kerala Police join hands for the safety of the child pilgrims at Sabarimala
Vi offers Suraksha QR Code technology to ensure that child pilgrims stay connected with their families during the Sabarimala pilgrimage. In a continued effort to enhance the safety of child pilgrims at Sabarimala, Vi, India’s leading telecom operator, has partnered with the Kerala Police Department during the ongoing annual Mandala Pooja season. Following the positive response to the Vi QR Code bands introduced last year, this initiative addresses the recurring concern of children getting separated from their families in massive crowds.
To avail themselves of Vi-powered QR Code bands, devotees of Lord Ayyappa can visit Vi Suraksha Kiosk at Pamba and get the code registered with the mobile number of a guardian or family member. The band can then be tied to the wrist of the child pilgrim. When a lost child is found, he or she can be taken to the nearest Kerala Police check post. At the police booth, officials can scan the QR Code and call the registered number of the guardian or family member to inform them to come to the booth and collect their ward.

Aravindakshan Nair P.B, Sub Inspector, Cyber Cell, Pathanamthitta, during a function at Office of the District Police Chief, Pathanamthitta.

The QR Code bands will be active during the pilgrim season and are non-transferable. During last year’s Mandala Pooja season, Vi distributed about 17,000 Vi QR Code bands, ensuring the safety of child pilgrims.)
